[TxMt] Project Side Panel looses state

Has anyone run into this issue:

You have a project open, with multiple files and folders. You switch to 
another program, and when you switch back to TextMate, the all of the 
panels in the project panel are closed.

I run into this all of the time, and it drives me crazy.

I am using launchbar to switch between apps, but I don't know if that 
has anything to do with it.
