[TextMate] Weird "refresh" when switching back to TextMate after a save.

It seems that sometimes TextMate will think a folder reference is 
changed significantly, and it will refresh loaded files.

This may also be why the undo stack is lost (as someone reported).

Currently though, I have no idea when and how this happens (as I 
haven't been able to reproduce it myself yet).
