[TextMate] Preferences window (was ProFont)

If it's feasible I'd be for a solution that would allow for control
both ways I'd be all for it.

And while I like the menus, if I could only have it one way, I'm
afraid I'd probably go for just the pref menu. (I've gotten just TOO
used to that hotkey combo ;)
