So to avoid multiple duplicates.. I would send out the beta with a list of obvious-things-not-yet-working

1. Gears menu is not implemented.
2 Old projects are not supported, and are so different, they will not be.
3.  TM2/Avian is using ~/Library/Application Support/Avian for bundles and plug-ins.
 nb: An exception is "~/Library/Application Support/TextMate/Managed"
4. TN2 is ask only loading bundles from themes (to avoid conflicts)
5. ...

And gotchas
1. Double click might not work, if the file s bound to old ™?
2. Double clicking your own bundles will not install them (see 3 above?)
