⌘R as "Render" or something to that effect makes great sense to me.
I really hate that everything overloads the Web Preview window. I find
it MUCH more useful than most of these previewing commands. (but I do
have a custom pas through command that can render almost everything)

For the refresh browser commands, it makes sense to use the "Render
and Preview in Browser" shortcut.
