Added stared versions of the equation and eqnarray environments. For the triggers to work, one needs to have set * to be a word character. (Perhaps in 2.0+ this might not be necessary anymore ?)

Fixed typos in a couple of words, and removed \Chi and \Digamma which didn't seem to exist in LaTeX.
