Added "Show Outline" command. This command creates an HTML outline of the entire document, starting from TM_LATEX_PROJECT if available. Each sectioning command gives rise to a list item, hyperlinked back to the file and location where the command is. This command basically tries to offer a "Symbol List" functionality for a whole project.
