pretty major update to scheme grammar: allow things other than s-exps at the top level; sort built-in functions into some categories so they can be colored better; try to make it so quoting things actually works (we probably want to change the scope if the thing quoted is just a single symbol); split most of the regexps onto multiple lines, and add comments for readability; change keyword.other scopes to keyword.control.
