If there's no Xcode project it'll just say "Hey, there's no Xcode
project!"
We could maybe have some behaviour that would prevent anything from
happening if TM_XCODE_PROJECT was set to "" (or whatever the env var
is); basically make it opt-out. Or we could make it opt-in, but I've
obviously already given my vote for opt-out...
