Yes -- but since there was no default action on either cmd-R or cmd- 
B, it shouldn’t be a problem, as it would previously just have beeped  
for e.g. a plain text file.

So only problem would be, if someone working with a language that  
does not have an action on cmd-R/B and hitting the key by mistake  
(which isn’t dangerous, just maybe irritating, but that could be said  
about hitting a lot of keys by mistake).
