I'm going through and more tightly defining the scopes in the various  
syntaxes to better conform to the conventions in the manual. Will  
allow easier scoping for generalized commands/themes/etc. Taking it  
very slowly to prevent problems like this but I was bound to trip on  
something sometime. :)
