* removed "Insert Anchor Tag" drag command
* disabled "_" typing pair inside markup.underline.link.markdown scope
* added "img" snippet
* added "Add unnumbered list item" macro for Enter key in markup.list.unnumbered scope
* added "Add numbered list item" macro for Enter key in markup.list.numbered scope
* added "Hard linebreak" macro for ctrl-Return (two spaces + linebreak)
