[SVN] $TM_BUNDLE_PATH problems ...

As of beta 8 ...

Hi, not sure if I am doing something wrong, but the $TM_BUNDLE_PATH
seems to always be empty for snippets in the PHP.tmbundle

All I could find on the list was an old thread mentioning introducing
$TM_SUPPORT_DIRECTORY, but this does not exist.

Sorry if I missed something recently posted to the list but I just now
noticed that this has broken phpdoc_* snippets :(
