[SVN] Revision 940 (Latex)

The window now closes/stays open based on the error level returned from latex.
0: Ok. Window closes, file is viewed.
1: Warnings. Window stays, file is viewed.
2: Errors. Window stays, file isn't viewed.

The level at which the window closes (defaults to 0), can be configured with the TM_TEX_ERRLVL variable.
Variable names are subject to change. Setting it to 1 closes window also on warnings.
