• Refactoring in format_(blame|log|info).rb (Put default exception-handling in the helper)
• Blame now uses the -v switch of svn to get the modify dates of the several lines, formats this date with $TM_SVN_DATE_FORMAT and shows it, if you hover over the revision number- or the author-fields.
• A attempt to reorder the commands, to achieve usability (Flipped log and blame)
• Reordered also the occurrence of the commands in the README, added the new stuff and removed obsolete FIXMES.
• Set svn:mime-type for the README, so every browser knows it is HTML.
• The list of changed files shown by Log is now sortet, it first shows added, then modified and at last deleted files.
• Removed the 'unknown' file status in the Log CSS because there shouldn't be something else. (Besides added, modified and deleted)
