 * Added hierarchical sorting ability for Python entities
 * Added hierarchical sorting for Ruby (note that this currently does not support modules nested within modules; I see now that the entity sorting needs to be more generic, so next I will try creating actual Entity classes so infinite hierarchical relationships can be defined)
