 * added support for PHP Heredoc strings
 * fixed PHPDoc tags so inline tags work, {@see etc} for example
 * changed PHPDoc tags back to only highlight tag (this seems to me a better compromise until I find out why parentheses matching isn't working)
 * workaround to make single-quote smart typing work until embedded smart typing pairs are recognized
