[SVN] New version of source-highlight

Unfortunately, the new version does not compile out of the box. I get  
compiler errors related to the use of boost regexp library. With the  
previous, 2.0 version, the updated "Source" commands seams to work  
fine. However, I need first to compile source-highlight as standalone  
executable instead of using dynamic linking to the boost regexp  
libraries.
