[SVN] branching/tagging suggestion for beta releases

I noticed that there were some surprises on the TM Users list (those
who had not upgraded to beta6 but who were syncing with subversion
Bundles).

I know going from beta5 to beta6 was unusually drastic but I wanted to
suggest that on future moves from one beta to the next, some branch is
made (or a merge from trunk is done) that would contain a "final
snapshot" of the repos as it existed to support that beta.

I saw http://svn.macromates.com/svn/Bundles/tags/release_1.1b5/ but
didn't see a final snapshot branch/tag for beta 1.1b5.

Then again, they are just betas anyway :)
