[SVN] Important: Repository restructure

My plan is to release beta 6 to you guys before I go to sleep (so that 
means in less than 24 hours ;) ).

I will therefor make some changes to the repository:

  1) move bundles to a Bundles sub-directory instead of having these in 
the root
  2) add scopeName to all syntaxes
  3) add scope to majority of snippets/commands

I'm mentioning this so that you can checkin any stuff you may have 
modified, so to avoid a merge conflict when I'm through. I'll probably 
start making changes in 10+ hours.
