Some bundles annoyingly claim key equivalents with only the option
modifier, you've probably got one of those installed.

To check, open “Select Bundle Item” (⌘⌃T), click the magnifying
glass and choose “Key equivalent”, then hit ⌥E. If there is
a bundle item using that sequence as a key equivalent, it will be
displayed.
