You can try "TextMate facelift" from
http://wiki.macromates.com/Main/AlternativeGUIs

Personally i prefer "Green Moleskine" but without green Moleskine icon ;)

Key idea is to change "Goto Line..." to "panel" type. That way it will
not switch you to other Space.
