[TxMt] Is the following pdfsync-instruction right?

Hopefully you could install it in ~/Library/texmf and override  
TextMate's bundled version.  http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/pdfsync/pdfsync.sty 
  is certainly newer.
