[TxMt] Projects and ordering files/folders

The lack of order might well be a Finder problem:  if you drag  
several image files onto the Photoshop icon for example, they open in  
a "random" order.  I've seen this in other programs too.  Rather  
irritating.

Once Folders are in the TextMate drawer, you can DRAG them to change  
the order in which they appear.
