[TxMt] Ruby syntax parser issue

hullo. it seem the ruby syntax parser has issues with the legal

"#{("and" + " like '%#{@mimetype}%'") unless @mimetype.nil?}"

I've used "#{("and" + " like '%" + @mimetype +"%'") unless @mimetype.nil?}"
instead. but thought i would pass along this bit.
