<p dir="auto">Almost certain that this is a local issue, some sort of caching gone wrong.</p>
<p dir="auto">You may try to <code style="background-color:#F7F7F7; border-radius:3px; margin:0; padding:0 0.4em" bgcolor="#F7F7F7">touch</code> TextMate.app and all contained files, but maybe easier to just delete and re-download the application.</p>
