This is a `sed` expression. The leading `s` indicates the operation is a 
substitution. The first string after the slash is what to replace, and 
the string after the second slash is what to replace it with.

So he's saying;

     Oops, I had a typo in my last message, I said "has" but I meant 
"hasn't".

Which I'm very happy to hear as this upgrade is just about to be 
non-optional for me.
