[TxMt] Crashes when compiling with Clang 5 and c++1z

Hi,

I’m seeing a couple of crashes on startup when compiling TextMate with Clang 5
using c++1z. But, if compiled using the c++14 flag, everything is fine. I am
not sure what has changed between c++14 and c++17 with regard to object
lifetimes. Any ideas?
