Sorry, but this is not likely to be addressed: All development resources
are being spent woring on 2.0¹ and your issue also sounds like it’s
actually with the standard NSOutlineView rather than TextMate specific
(though I am unsure how beeing “too fast” can trigger this behavior, you
may want to elaborate on how you select/expand folders).
