Hi Brad,

that's a pretty funky looking PATH variable. "xcrun" is in /usr/bin on my
machine. You'll want to seek out that PATH variable (I would guess it's
being set in TextMate=>Preferences=>Variables) and make sure that (at
least) /usr/bin and /bin are included.

The command line PATH isn't the same thing as TextMate is using (for
various reasons that I used to be able to recall, but now are just dust in
my brain).
