Yes I have the gem installed. 

Yes to newest bundle version (I cloned yesterday)


Here is the error I'm getting - 


Errno::ENOENT: No such file or directory - ./app/sass
  Use --trace for backtrace.



Have tried fixing the file path, modifying the command, etc.
