Thanks for the answer.
There is indeed a status bar at the bottom of the edit window, but there's
no "plain text" choice, only "textile", which I selected.
I must have done something wrong without knowing it, because I don't
remember changing anything to my config., it just happened (I mainly use TM
for Ruby dev, without a problem).
