[TxMt] "Soft Wrap" option is stuck in Textmate 2

Hey,

In TextMate 2 (9113), option View menu > Soft Wrap always changes back to
checked when I switch to another tab in the editor.

It's extremely annoying, and should be fixed. Isn't it noticed by masses of
people? I'm wondering.
