Definitely no offense taken.  Feel free to use it or not use it as you please.  There might be things that interest people, such as my TM_Project bundle that adds some basic support for .tmproject files back to TextMate 2.  Check it out at http://www.matewiki.com/index.php?title=New_Bundles.
