While you won’t get a preview or the ability to cycle, you can create a new Proxy Item in the bundle editor.

Set the content to ‘theme’ or perhaps ‘theme.dark’ or ‘theme.light’ — give this item a key equivalent, and when you press that key, you’ll get a menu of all the themes with a matching semantic class (all the default themes have been classified into light/dark).

You can also individually assign keys to themes (using the bundle editor). When more than one theme has the same key, a pop-up will appear.
