[TxMt] Re: TM 2: closing last file in project view, creating new file questions

You associate txmt:// URLs with TM2 by going into the Preferences and
selecting the Terminal tab.  Note that TM1 claims the URL on launch,
so if you run TM1 at any time, you'll have to do this again for it
shift back to TM2.
