It seems the Support Folder was created at:
~/Library/Application Support/TextMate/Pristine Copy/Support
& TM's Support Path is now:
TM_SUPPORT_PATH:
/Applications/TextMate.app/Contents/SharedSupport/Support ( version: 11966 )
