Used a novel new approach to information gathering: read the man page.

$: xed ProjectPlus.xcodeproj

opens the project in XCode so then it's just a case of `build`. The plugin
is copied into ~/Library/Application\ Support/TextMate/Plugins after the
build finishes so all set to go.
