1) Hit ⌃⌘T (Select Bundle Item)
2) Click the magnifying glass and choose “Key equivalent”
3) Hit some key (in your case, ⌘[)
The list will show which commands from which bundles use the key you hit
as their equivalent.
4) Disable those commands from the Bundle Editor, or change their keys
