Textmate will NEVER include language specific functionality, the
creator has stated so several times. However textmate will provide
with tools for developers to extend the editor further with better and
more efficient API's.

Regarding autocompletion and code awareness, that's something a bundle
should do. It's possible already, with the provided API.
