cmd R with latex bundle works fine but if you need something faster you can try 
LaTeX 2 bundle from here :   https://github.com/lasersox/latex.tmbundle

I try it and  cmd R works fine with this bundle.

Now a workaround is not obvious because I'm not a perl expert !

We need to wait from an expert of all these tools

Another possibility is to set the Preferences of the  LaTeX Bundle 
 without : "Verbose TeX output"  and  "without Keep log window open".
