[TxMt] rvm and textmate in lion

Is it just me or is rvm no longer controlling the version of ruby that
textmate uses after upgrading to lion?

My TM_RUBY shell variable is set to

/Users/Tim/.rvm/bin/textmate_ruby

which was previously working...

Anyone have any ideas how to fix it, or is it just my setup having a
problem.
