[TxMt] Double toggle folding

I'd like to:
1) close all foldings at level 0
2) open all foldings at level 1
casting a single command.
i.e. without having to manually cmd+opt+0 cmd+opt+1

I don't have a clue about how to do it, can somebody help please?
