This is Bundles → HTML → Insert Tag → Br.

However, since you had an mHTML bundle with this functionality on ⌘↩ it might be that this bundle simply took the Br snippet from the original HTML bundle (w/o changing UUID) and changed key equivalent.

If this is the case, the Br snippet of the mHTML bundle will eclipse that of the HTML bundle.
