And a lot of people already do in form of bundles and plug-ins :)

Though I do feel bad about how 1.x has turned into abandon-ware (sand  
the bundles) and 2.0 into vaporware, but I am still optimistic enough  
about 2.0 for me to delay any serious F/OSS considerations.
