At the bottom of every message is a link to 
http://lists.macromates.com/listinfo/textmate. Go there. Scroll to the 
bottom. Enter your email address and click "Unsubscribe or edit 
options". Enter your password. Scroll down to "Set Digest Mode" and set 
it to "On". Click "Submit my changes."

And get off my lawn! :-)
