Something is trying to open a txmt:-URL (the message is the response  
from TextMate, as it gets the request, but the actual URL is not  
something TM can make sense of).

Perhaps you could give more info about exactly what you are doing. Are  
you sending Appke Events? How exactly are you debugging Python code?  
etc.
