Once you get a handle on the language grammar the rest is pretty  
straightforward. See § 12 of TextMate's help documentation <http://manual.macromates.com/en/language_grammars

There is a ton of stuff you can do with TextMate that you'd never  
guess just by looking at the documentation, poke around the other  
bundles to see what's possible.

And when in doubt ask here on the list or on the IRC channel.
