[TxMt] Re: Broken hotkeys and weird hotkey symbol in bundle manager

Oops, somehow lost the first part of my question.  Retry:

Every once in a while I get this weird situation where some of my
textmate shortcuts stop working. If I go into the Bundle Editor and
try typing a hotkey, I get a weird circle symbol around the letter.

Anyone know what the circle around the letter means or what might
causing this?  Here's a screenshot --
