ok, doesn’t include the output you get from the other commands.
Another thing that can cause output is loading of input managers, so
you may want to remove everything in /Library/InputManagers/.
Also try commands on a second account to see if it is local.
And, as the bash test did not show the output, try to figure out which
commands show the problem and which doesn’t, that might reveal a
pattern.
